Brophy Roofing Corp. in 1984, from 1998 Brophy Roofing & Construction Group Inc. has gone from a two-man joint venture to a corporation that at its busiest season has 26-30 employees. Over the past 25 plus years, the company has experienced steady progress upwards and has done roofs from NYC to the state of Delaware. A record of the current fInancial stability is available upon request.QUALIFICATIONSBrophy Roofing's credo is roofing/building with integrity. Brophy Roofing is an authorized applicator of different types of roofIng systems: EPDM, built-up Roofing, Firestone, GAF, and Johns Mansville. The employees of Brophy Roofing focus on two areas: safety and customer satisfaction. They attend training seminars, sessions on safety, and provide 24 hour emergency service to the customer. Employee fIles are fIlled with glowing recommendations from previous customers and letters of gratitude for the work performed.SERVICESBrophy Roofing is in the business of protecting other businesses from the elements. They have experience in a wide variety of projects. Most services deal with institutional and commercial roofs, but some services are still provided for residential customers. The largest roof project done was for the GAF Corp. that covered 120,000 sq. ft. The tallest building serviced was 18 stories high in Trenton, NJ. All work has bonded warranties ranging from 10-25 years and maintenance programs that offer inspections throughout the year. All customers are provided with a written proposal, a complete, updated reference list, and a certifIcate of insurance upon request.COMMUNITY MINDEDBrophy Roofing is very interested in helping the community. In the past, it has donated materials and labor to nonprofIt organizations, hired inner-city minority youths for summer work, and provided labor and materials to put a roof on a school in Haiti in 1989. It has sponsored golf-a-thons to raise funds for the Boy Scouts, Cancer Research, and other non-profit organizations. In 2005 we installed a roof on behalf of Habitat for Humanity in Trenton, NJ. It is a company that is committed to continuing these types of endeavors.
