- Inspections will notice roof traffic which can occasionally compromise and damage a roof system
- Inspections will note discharges from roof equipment such as petroleum products, greases, oils and fats, acids and the like.
- Proper maintenance and good roofing practice requires that ponded water (defined as standing water on the roof for forty-eight (48) hours after it stops raining) must not be allowed on the roof. Ponding water can be corrected by periodic cleaning of roof drains or the installation of additional drains, both part of a BROPHY ROOF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT.
